Why Do I Need To Pay Upfront?

When we take on your logo design, we immediately assign a veteran designer. Within 24hrs this veteran designer will create 3 unique concept designs to move forward with. For us to dedicate these resources to your logo design, we need to confirm you're a genuine customer. Your upfront payment lets us know you're as serious about your new logo as we are. 

Do I Get The Copyright To The Finished Logo?

Yes, at the end of the logo design process when we send you all the files we will also provide you with a certificate of copyright transfer that will be your proof that you own the design 100%. We retain zero rights to your logo. 

How Long Does The Logo Process Take?

The initial design will be ready for you to view within 24hrs of your submitted questionnaire. Any subsequent redraw or revisions to the design will take an additional business day.

What Can I Use My Logo On?

You can use your logo across all mediums, the master file we send over makes this possible. With this file, you can resize or recolor your logo with zero loss in quality. 

How Much Does It Cost To Get A Logo?

We have 2 different logo packages - A logo design only package for $250 & a logo and business card design package for $350 

How Do You Send Me The Logo?

Once you have solidified the final design, we will provide you a link to access all your logo files via a zip file. Inside you will receive all your logo files, colors, fonts as well as your certificate of rights.

Can I Speak Direct With The Designer

Once we begin your project you are assigned a project manager who will be your point of contact throughout the design process. The project manager will work with both you and your designer to ensure the success of the logo design process. 

Can I Edit The Logo Myself?

All of our logos are designed in Adobe Illustrator, if you have access to Adobe Illustrator you can edit the logo yourself. The master file that you'll receive is fully editable, as well. 

What If I Don't Like The Design?

We provide you with unlimited redraws and revisions. So if you're unhappy with your first set of designs, we can hit the drawing board again until we hit the sweet spot. In our experience, the second set of designs usually hit the mark.
